A little-known fact about Cassie is that she once climbed the Highline Trail in Glacier National Park, Montana, using locally sourced goat hair to knit a hat for warmth.
Stella permanently joined the firm in the spring of 2020 and currently serves as our in office emotional support companion. However, Stella’s extensive academic background includes her honorary J.D. from Harvard Law, which allows her to stand-in for our attorneys at a moment’s notice. Stella can be found meandering through the office, looking for treats, and driving her father mad.
Gene Roggeman : [Retired]
Gene brought a unique set of skills to the team with his extensive experience in the Minnesota workers’ compensation process. As a senior claim handler, Gene mitigated the ins and outs of every aspect of litigation. Gene used his experience with the tricks and tactics used by insurance companies to delay and obstruct workers’ compensation claims. In speaking with adjusters about unpaid or late benefits, Gene reminded them that both he and our attorneys know their tricks due to their history of representing the employer and insurer. Gene’s expertise in claim handling practices allowed him to speed up the process on workers’ compensation claims. In Gene’s free time, what little he has, he enjoys golfing and teaching Ecuadorian yoga.
